1.1 To create a Teaching School Partnership Group (TSPG) to strategically oversee the activities of the Teaching School 1.2 To design and deliver a Virtual Teaching School web solution for communication, collaboration and resource management 1.3 To develop an Alumni Teaching School membership for ITT, PGCE, NQT and other staff who have received training from our Teaching School 1.4 To devise a communication strategy to ensure that schools and leaders across our region understand our remit and how w can support them 1.5 To include a member of the CLF board of trustees in the TSPG to facilitate effective communication 1.6 To work closely with other Teaching Schools in our region to share learning and offer support to aspiring Teaching Schools

3.1 To work with our alliance partners to deliver a cohesive set of CPD twilight opportunities on teaching and learning 3.2 To work with the National College to designate between 25 and 30 Specialist Leaders of Education (SLE) to support CPD and school to school support 3.3 To deliver as one of the ten Teaching Schools, training and induction to SLEs 3.4 To bid for Lead School status in five key areas to enable us to personalise our CPD programme 3.5 To provide opportunities for PGCE and NQT staff to meet regularly to support and add value to the school based training 3.6 To deliver a high quality suite of leadership programmes for different stages of career development 3.7 To plan and deliver an annual summer school for staff across the South West region to share effective practice
