JCA Students Storytelling At Two Mile Hill Primary School
Written by Dean Blake on 19/07/2010 – 3:50 pm -Year 9 English students from John Cabot enjoyed visiting Two Mile Hill Primary School where they shared the stories they had written for young children. Cabot students worked with Year 6 and Year 2 students and were eager to learn how their audience judged their literary talents! Year 9 listened carefully to the feedback they received and were pleased to be invited to hear the stories that Year 6 had written. Fun was had by all, including the teachers who watched many groups reading and enjoying themselves. Literacy Co-ordinator for the Cabot Learning Federation who partly organised this event said, “We hope that this will be the first of many joint projects with our primary partners.”
