Building a Collaborative Culture
The vision for the Cabot Learning Federation is to create a model of education leadership and support that reflects the needs of the 21C school. We recognise that each of our Academies has something unique to share as well as having individual needs that other schools in the federation can support. Whilst the CLF is legally responsible for each Academy, we believe that by nurturing a culture of individual identity each Academy will reflect its own diversity and uniqueness thus avoiding the notion of schools becoming clones of schools.
As a Learning Organisation for the 21C, we aim to make our federation the best place to learn and work by:
