David Carter Met The Prime Minister At Number 10

A number of experienced heads with a history of addressing educational underperformance were in attendance, including David Carter Exec Principal of the Cabot Learning Federation, alongside Education Secretary Michael Gove and Sir Michael Wilshaw, Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills.
