Activity & Support
We have organised our support programme around four hubs which we believe will provide a framework of support that will benefit the staff and students at each of the Academies.
We have appointed a senior leader at Assistant Principal level to lead each of the hubs. Their role is to develop programmes of support that are tailored to the needs of the Academy as well as those that reflect the vision of the CLF to be a world class organisation delivering high quality learning and teaching for all students. With this in mind the hubs focus on:
- Personalised Learning
- Leadership and Succession Planning
- Student Development
- Primary Partnerships
We also recognise that to be successful we need to develop out staff to be the best that they can be. This is at the heart of our succession planning agenda as we seek and train staff to extend their own ambitions and skills.
