Bath Community Academy (BCA)-Principal Adam Williams

BCA joined the federation in September 2012 and is our first academy in Bath and North East Somerset. Now a vibrant and rapidly improving co-educational academy, it is undergoing a transformational journey since the closure of Culverhay School in the summer of 2012.

Girls now learn alongside boys for the first time on this site and the OFSTED inspection in February 2013 declared that the school no longer required special measures. A success and triumph just 6 months after the academy opened.

Adam Williams is in his second headship in the CLF, having been the leader at John Cabot Academy since 2008. An outstanding leader for an emerging outstanding CLF Academy.
